The Importance of Product Marketing in Your Business Strategy

Product marketing is one of the most vital aspects of any business. It helps you reach out to potential customers and convince them to buy your products or services. If you’re new to product marketing, here’s what you need to know about this crucial part of running a business.

What Is Product Marketing?

Product marketing is the process of promoting a product or service to customers. It differs from traditional marketing, which focuses on branding and advertising rather than the actual product or service itself. Product marketing is critical for businesses because it allows you to define your identity in terms of what you offer, instead of just how good you are at selling yourself (or worse yet, just having an expensive ad campaign).

It’s important that we understand why this kind of approach matters so much–and why it will be crucial for companies looking forward into 2020 and beyond:

Product marketing is something that every business needs to be doing, no matter the size or industry.

Product marketing is a key part of your business’s overall strategy, but it’s also something that every business needs to be doing no matter their size or industry.

Product marketing helps you understand your customers and sell products that they want to buy. Product marketing helps you improve your product by providing feedback from customers about what they like or dislike about it, which can help inform future iterations of the product itself.

Most importantly though, product marketing gives companies an opportunity to create brand loyalty among their target audience by creating an emotional connection between them and their audience through storytelling techniques such as storytelling through video content (like this article!)

Why Is Product Marketing So Important?

Product marketing consultancy is a tool to help you reach your goals. It’s used as a way to understand the customer, understand your product and its competitors, and understand your business.

Product marketing is an important part of any business strategy because it helps make sure that the company knows what its customers want or need from them before they even ask for it! Product marketing helps companies stay ahead of their competition by ensuring that they have something new and exciting coming out every year or two so customers will always want the newest thing in town!

How to Accomplish Your Goals With Product Marketing

Product marketing is a way to promote your products and services. It’s important to know who your target audience is, as well as their needs, wants and desires. You also need to know how they find information and make decisions. This can help you determine the best ways of reaching out to them through various channels such as social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter.

Some businesses prefer using direct mail marketing techniques while others may opt for more traditional advertising methods such as television commercials or radio spots instead of digital ones like banner ads on websites where people go online looking for something specific (like “how do I get rid of ants in my kitchen?”). Whatever strategy works best for each business depends on what kind of product(s) they sell along with their budget constraints; however one thing remains constant no matter what type: You should always strive towards increasing awareness among potential clients about what exactly it is that sets apart from competitors within same niche market space since this will help increase sales volume over time due us being able

Understand how product marketing can help your business.

Product marketing is a process that helps you understand your customers and their needs. It also helps you understand the product itself, how it can be used, and what your competitors are doing in the marketplace.

Product marketing is important because it allows you to see all aspects of your business from a different perspective–the customer’s perspective. As a result, when creating new products or services for customers (or even modifying existing ones) product marketers will use this information to help guide their decisions on where best to focus their efforts as well as how much money should be invested in each project so as not waste any resources unnecessarily on something which may not produce results at all

Product marketing is an important part of any business strategy, but it can be difficult to understand. This blog post has provided a basic overview of what product marketing is and why it’s so important. If you’re looking to learn more about this topic, check out our other blogs on:

Navigating Project Success Amidst Chaos: Expert Strategies for Managing Teams during Busy Periods

0

When it comes to those busy times of the year; holiday seasons, the end of the financial year, or even a larger number of employees looking to take annual leave, then there are a number of considerations that you need to make when it comes to the management of your project team.

Ensure You Have Cover In Place

It is essential to ensure that you have the right levels of cover in place within your team at all times, particularly during these busy periods. If you plan for this well enough in advance, you can write it into your project plan to ensure that each element of the plan should hopefully have reached an appropriate point, therefore allowing you to deal with a reduced number of team members much more efficiently. Ensuring that all of your team members keep their paperwork up to date so that everyone knows exactly where the project is up to will make it easier to see what levels of cover you might need. Project manager courses will cover some of the ways in which you can ensure that you have the necessary cover in place.

Do Meetings Need To Be In Person?

At some point during your training for project managers there is a good chance that you will have heard the phrase “could this meeting have been an email?” and this is never more important that during those busy times for your project team. A good way of saving valuable time during those particularly busy periods is to change some of your meetings to emails. This will allow you to provide your team with all the essential information that they require without taking them away from the work that they are doing. They will be able to read your email update when they have a convenient time between tasks. Keeping things written down in this way will also give you a valuable written record of what has been said and any replies that you might get.

If an email isn’t appropriate for the type of meeting you need, then you should also consider if your in-person meeting could be a zoom meeting instead. This will allow you to have real time conversations but without taking people away from their desks. Virtual meetings are becoming increasingly popular and are a good solution for those project teams where team members work from home, are based in different countries or simply in different offices.

Are You Inviting The Right People?

During busy times the last thing you want to do is waste peoples time. All too often, it can be the easiest option to invite everyone to a meeting. However taking some time to ensure that you are inly inviting those team members who are relevant to the discussion will ensure that you are using your resources to the best of your ability. Not only does the attendance of those who don’t need to be involved in a meeting mean that you are wasting their time, but it can also be disruptive to their workflow which is something that it is a good idea to avoid.

Lewis eyes statement win for Manchester City at Arsenal

0

Rico Lewis is hoping Manchester City can claim a statement victory at Arsenal on Sunday.

City returned to winning ways last night with a 3-1 triumph at RB Leipzig in the Champions League, a match in which 18-year-old Lewis excelled in a more advanced midfield role.

They return to Premier League action at the weekend to take on an Arsenal side that pushed them all the way last season. The Gunners held an eight-point lead over City at the league summit in April only to be overhauled by Pep Guardiola’s men on their way to a domestic and continental treble.

Arsenal have started well again this term and sit just a point behind table-topping City in third.

Lewis knows a win at the Emirates would send a message to Arsenal, and second-placed Tottenham.

He told the Guardian: “It’s a way we can put a stamp on the season and really make sure the rest of the league knows we’re aiming to do the same as last season.”

Lewis knows, however, that Arsenal will be just as eager to claim the points and take an element of revenge for last season’s disappointment.

He added: “I think they will definitely have been hurt after that.

“They did so well last season and unfortunately for them they didn’t come away with the prize but it’s going to push them to be even better, which obviously pushes us.”

Guardiola heaped praise on Lewis following Wednesday’s game in Germany, describing him as “one of the best players he had ever trained”, although it does not guarantee him a place in the starting XI on Sunday.

Lewis said: “I do my best and we’ll see what happens but it’s all about what the manager chooses and decides is right. It’s just about patience for myself.

“There are so many world-class players in that dressing room so all I can do is my best and learn.

“The opportunities will come and when they do I’ve got to take them. I just have to stay patient.”

Top Destinations for Game Development Outsourcing

The game development industry is undergoing a significant shift, with an increasing number of studios exploring the advantages of outsourcing. This approach allows companies to tap into global talent pools, expedite production timelines, and manage costs more efficiently. Our article delves into this prevalent trend, examining the top destinations for game development outsourcing and providing a comparative analysis to guide decision-making in this evolving landscape.

The Rise of Game Development Outsourcing

Game development outsourcing has seen a significant rise in recent years, fueled by a variety of factors. Key among them is cost-effectiveness; outsourcing to countries with lower labor costs can substantially reduce budgetary pressures. Additionally, outsourcing opens access to a vast, international talent pool, allowing companies to find highly skilled developers that may not be locally available.

The ability to work around the clock, thanks to differing time zones, enables a non-stop development cycle, resulting in faster project completion. These reasons collectively contribute to the escalating trend of game development outsourcing.

Comparative Analysis of Top Outsourcing Destinations

India

India has emerged as a leading destination for game development outsourcing due to its robust technological infrastructure and plentiful talent pool. Many Indian developers are fluent in English and well-versed in the latest game development technologies, fostering an environment of innovation. When it comes to cost-effectiveness, India is a standout, with competitive rates often significantly lower than Western markets.

Despite time zone differences, communication is facilitated by the widespread use of English, which reduces potential misunderstandings, and a culture of working in sync with global client timelines, contributing to the location’s attractiveness for outsourcing.

Ukraine

Ukraine’s vibrant tech industry has paved the way for its recognition as a top destination for game development outsourcing. The country’s strong emphasis on technical education has resulted in a rich pool of highly skilled and innovative game developers. In terms of cost, Ukraine offers competitive rates that present substantial savings for companies.

With many Ukrainian developers having a high level of English proficiency, communication barriers are minimal. While the time zone difference with North America may be substantial, many Ukrainian companies operate flexibly to ensure seamless collaboration, thereby bolstering Ukraine’s position in the outsourcing arena.

China

China’s dynamic and fast-growing game industry makes it a top contender for game development outsourcing. The country’s vast population ensures a diverse talent pool, with many developers possessing advanced skills in game design and technology. In terms of cost-effectiveness, China’s competitive pricing can offer significant cost savings for companies. However, communication may present challenges due to language differences and cultural nuances.

Nevertheless, the extensive time zone difference can allow for around-the-clock development. As long as companies are prepared to navigate potential cultural and linguistic hurdles, China offers vast potential for game development outsourcing.

Philippines

The Philippines has become a noteworthy destination for game development outsourcing due to its growing tech industry and emphasis on digital arts education. The nation boasts a talented workforce with strong skills in various game development technologies. Cost-effectiveness is another strong point, with competitive rates that often undercut those in Western countries.

In terms of communication, the widespread use of English and a cultural familiarity with Western norms help minimize potential misunderstandings. Time zone differences, though substantial with some regions, are typically managed through flexible work schedules, making the Philippines an appealing choice for game development outsourcing.

Future Predictions

As we delve further into the digital age, game development outsourcing is likely to grow in importance and influence. This practice will likely extend beyond traditional hubs, permeating emerging markets that demonstrate promising technological prowess and talent.

Based on our analysis, we predict that countries such as India, Ukraine, China, and the Philippines will continue to strengthen their positions in the global game development outsourcing scene. However, new entrants with competitive pricing and high-quality talent could disrupt this landscape.

As the gaming industry itself evolves, with the rise of new genres and platforms like VR and AR, the demand for specialized skills will increase. This will further drive the growth of outsourcing as companies seek specific expertise not available in-house. Ultimately, the future of game development outsourcing looks dynamic and promising, with potential benefits for both game studios and developers worldwide.

Summing Up

The surge in game development outsourcing can be attributed to factors such as cost-effectiveness, access to international talent, and continuous development cycles. Our comparative analysis of top destinations highlights varied strengths, from abundant talent to affordable pricing and effective communication.

However, each destination also poses unique considerations, making a thorough understanding of each vital for successful outsourcing. The future predictions indicate an expansive landscape poised for more growth and diversity. As the gaming industry continues to evolve, understanding and comparing outsourcing destinations will remain crucial for companies seeking to optimize their development processes and stay competitive in this dynamic market.

Unlocking Profit Potential: Exploring the Power of CPA Affiliate Networks

0

Online marketing can be a mysterious industry full of acronyms and abbreviations that only industry insiders can decipher. For those who know how to use them, one of these terms—CPA, or cost per action—can be a game changer. Imagine a scenario where you only pay for the precise actions you want your customers to take—nothing more, nothing less. Like a marketer’s fantasy come true? CPA is the future of affiliate marketing and online advertising; it’s not a pipe dream. Once you’re in this world, you can’t get out, so heed this warning. Are you ready to take the leap and learn the secrets of CPA affiliate marketing?

What is CPA Marketing?

In the CPA (Cost Per Activity) marketing approach, marketers get paid for each customer or website visitor who completes a predetermined activity. Any interaction, such as making a purchase, filling out a form, installing an app, or performing another desired action, can count as this unique action. Direct-to-conversion advertising is delivered through CPA marketing, where the advertiser only pays when the desired results are achieved. Advertisers, businesses, or individuals wishing to market their goods or services are the main participants in CPA marketing. Advertisers register on the CPA network and decide how much to charge for the specific actions they want. CPA affiliates (aka publishers) are individuals or businesses that create material or increase traffic for websites, blogs, social media accounts, and other online platforms. Publishers promote marketers’ offers to persuade visitors to do a particular activity. CPA networks are platforms that connect publishers with advertisements. These networks make it possible for both publishers and marketers to research various offers. Thanks to the CPA marketing strategy, advertisers can pay directly for conversions with certainty and flexibility. It also gives publishers a chance to monetise efficiently as quality traffic and conversions boost their earnings. This arrangement creates a situation where both publishers and advertisers benefit.

What Are the CPA Affiliate Network?

Max Baunty

A CPA network known for its wide range of products in numerous industries is MaxBounty. To give an example of this, some sports betting affiliates are partners of Max Bounty. It gives advertisers the opportunity to attract visitors who engage in certain behaviours by offering their products or services. Publishers can count on fast and reliable payments from MaxBounty. Its acceptance is consistent with the possibilities and precision it provides. This platform allows marketers to work in various markets and interact with a wide audience, resulting in efficient and profitable partnerships.

PeerFly is a global CPA network that provides marketers with various products. Both novice and experienced marketers can easily use the site thanks to its user-friendly design. PeerFly stands out for its various CPA offers that provide customers with the ability to earn money by persuading visitors to take a certain action. It is also the best choice for marketers undertaking global marketing initiatives due to its global service. PeerFly provides a platform where marketers can succeed thanks to its high-quality offers, user-friendly platform, and worldwide reach.

ShareASale

ShareASale is a fairly large CPA network that offers a wide range of products and services from many industries. This platform connects publishers and advertisers from different niches. Publishers can refer visitors who perform certain activities and earn commissions by marketing these products on their websites or blogs. On the other hand, advertisers have the opportunity to attract a wide audience to their products. With its user-friendly design and variety of campaigns, ShareASale stands out as a powerful platform for both new and experienced marketers.

CJ Affiliate

CJ Affiliate is a reputable CPA network with a large number of well-known companies recognised worldwide. Thanks to the platform’s ability to connect publishers and advertisers, brands can promote their goods and services to a wide audience. Thanks to this network, advertisers can communicate directly with potential customers, and publishers can earn money by advertising various offers on their websites. Due to its reliability, large network of advertisers, and user-friendly interface, CJ Affiliate enjoys popularity among marketers. Thanks to these features, it is a useful partner for both inexperienced and experienced marketers.

Digital Her announces women in tech events to celebrate Ada Lovelace Day

Greater Manchester’s initiative to get more women into the tech industry is holding two events to celebrate Ada Lovelace Day on October 10.

Ada was an associate of Charles Babbage, for whose prototype of a digital computer she created a program. She has been called the first computer programmer.

The Digital Her initiative was created by Manchester Digital in 2018 to encourage more women into the tech industry, and support them throughout their whole careers.

Now it is hosting breakfast and afternoon events supported by Bruntwood SciTech, both to be held at No 1 Circle Square, just off Oxford Road in the city.

Inspiration for all women

While Ada Lovelace’s legacy is one that can inspire all women in tech, these events are all about exploring inspiration in today’s world and using it to fuel our futures.

Katie Gallagher, managing director at Manchester Digital, said: “Ada Lovelace Day is not only to celebrate the work of the first computer programmer, but to also use her legacy to inspire new generations of women to consider a career in the tech industry.

“The tech industry continues to develop at a rapid pace and there is a huge and growing breadth of careers within the space. We’re looking forward to bringing together some of our Digital Her role models to share their experiences and talk about what their career pathway looks like, as well as what you can expect from a career in the tech industry.”

Deb Hetherington, head of innovation at Bruntwood SciTech, said: “We’re thrilled to be supporting the Digital Her events for Ada Lovelace Day, at No 1 Circle Square.

“Here at Bruntwood SciTech, we support the next generation of female founders and encourage women into the tech industry, through our sponsorship and support of fantastic initiatives such as Digital Her, as well as our own programmes and initiatives.”

The breakfast event

The breakfast event is aimed at women currently working in tech and spotlights the Digital Her Role Models community. This event will see four members of the Role Model community take the stage for six-minute lightning talks, each connected to the theme of inspiration. Each talk will spark a short discussion over breakfast.

Digital Her Inspiration Breakfast

Inspiration afternoon

Meanwhile, the Inspiration Afternoon is aimed at women who are students, graduates and career changers into tech to celebrate Ada Lovelace Day and get inspired. The next event will be a thought-provoking afternoon, with a number of inspirational speakers, the opportunity to meet some of Digital Her’s industry role models as well as activities to help inspire your digital future.

Manchester Takes Lead in Promoting Home Energy Efficiency to Alleviate Strain on NHS

Amid doctor and consultant strikes, the Conservative Party’s Annual Conference in Manchester missed an opportunity to meet home energy efficiency targets, which could have alleviated the strain on the NHS. A study by Sheffield Hallam University researchers last winter demonstrated that providing warmer homes “on prescription” had the potential to prevent excess winter deaths and reduce the healthcare burden caused by cold homes and long-term health conditions.

A report published in July by the Health Foundation highlighted that 9.1 million people will be living with major illnesses by 2040, which is 2.5 million more than in 2019. Addressing this challenge requires long-term decisions that prioritise a brighter future.

However, the government and media predominantly focus on the energy efficiency retrofit’s benefits for reducing energy bills, overlooking the importance of warmer homes and improved air quality for enhancing the health of people of all ages, not just those with long-term illnesses or the elderly.

Public Health England’s guidance to public health teams and housing professionals notes that “excess winter deaths in the coldest quarter of housing are almost 3 times as high as in the warmest quarter” with 21.5% of all excess winter deaths attributable to the coldest quarter of housing,”

While addressing energy use reduction in homes, improving indoor air quality and comfort, and reducing NHS demands align, Prime Minister Rishi Sunak’s announcement of delaying the phase-out of fossil fuel heating and transport raises concerns about the government’s stance on home upgrades.

Greater Manchester Combined Authority prioritises energy-efficient homes to enhance health and economic well-being, supporting homeowners in upgrading their homes for improved warmth and health as more people live with underlying health conditions in old age.

Mayor of Greater Manchester Andy Burnham affirmed the commitment to energy-efficient, healthier homes during the Greater Manchester Green Summit, emphasising the readiness to accelerate Net Zero goals if the government seeks to quicken the pace.

The industry also rises to the challenge, offering local communities decarbonisation solutions and supporting local actions. The British Gas sponsored Home Upgrade Show in Manchester gathers over 50 exhibitors and experts to provide residents with information and guidance on energy efficiency matters. The event is part of the Retrofit Action Week campaign, promoting housing decarbonisation across Greater Manchester.

Event organiser and founder of Low Carbon Homes, Graham Lock, underscores the importance of home retrofit, considering the need to reduce energy use, address the cost of living crisis, support the NHS, and ensure taxpayers’ funds benefit more people.

Retrofit Action Week events include:
>> Manchester Retrofit Action Week – 7-15 October
>> Green Open Homes – 7 October
>> Manchester Retrofit Summit – 9-11 October, hosted by Greater Manchester Combined Authority
>> The Home Upgrade Show – 13-14 October at the Victoria Baths, Manchester

Top Travel Necessities for New Parents Recommended by Baby Boutique Owner and Mother

0

For parents embarking on a family holiday with their baby, knowing what to pack can be a daunting task. While it might be tempting to bring along every baby travel item just in case, it’s wise to focus on packing the essentials to avoid unnecessary luggage.

Victoria Percy, the owner of Bump Nursery Boutique in Davenham Village, Northwich, and a mother herself, has curated a list of must-have travel items for new parents. Her boutique specializes in providing parents-to-be with a luxurious shopping experience for prams and baby essentials, making it the go-to destination for parents seeking high-quality products.

Here are Victoria’s top travel essentials for families with babies:

  1. The Doona: Victoria recommends this multi-use combo that combines a car seat and a stroller in one, saving both time and space. The Doona is suitable for newborns and infants up to 13kg. It’s perfect for travel as it is TUV and FAA aircraft approved and made with baby-safe materials and breathable textiles.
  2. Cybex Coya: For parents with toddlers and older children, Victoria suggests the Cybex Coya travel pushchair. It’s compact, easy to fold, and can even be used as hand luggage. Accessories like a sun parasol can be added to make it even more versatile.
  3. Suitable Sleeping Bag: Children using sleeping bags may need a lighter one for travel in warmer climates. Victoria emphasizes the importance of choosing an appropriate tog rating to ensure your child remains cool and comfortable while sleeping.
  4. Dummy Clips: For babies who use dummies, a dummy clip is a travel essential. It prevents dummies from getting lost during the journey and saves money over time by preventing the need to replace lost dummies. Victoria recommends the Neutrum Bear clips.
  5. Luxury Knitted Blanket: A knitted blanket is a versatile item to have while traveling with children. It can keep them warm during flights or cool evening strolls, making it a practical and comforting choice for a family holiday.

Victoria’s list of travel essentials provides a helpful guide for parents preparing to travel with their baby, ensuring a smoother and more enjoyable journey.
