The Insights Family®, the global leader in kids, parents, and family market intelligence launches their innovative graduate programme – TIF – Academy.
Created to help graduates establish themselves in an internationally-focused, fast growing marketing research company, the programme will include 12 months’ work across the business with individuals then having the opportunity to be fast-tracked into specific areas according to their interests and talents. Such areas include commercial, account management, consultancy, research, and marketing & innovation.
TIF – Academy is expected to recruit four graduates each year.
Currently, The Insights Family® has 54 full-time employees. Located in Manchester’s city centre, it has employees representing 14 different nationalities. Among them are industry professionals from France, Canada, Spain, Ukraine, and Russia. 17 employees are graduates from Greater Manchester Universities.
