Regional law firm Napthens has signed up expanding fashion retailer Missguided as a client for its retained HR advice service.
Trafford Park, Manchester-based Missguided is an online-based fashion retailer, with an expanding retail estate and thriving wholesale business. Missguided takes its inspiration from social media, street-style and popular culture.
The business has seen revenues increase dramatically in recent years since its founding in 2009 by entrepreneur Nitin Passi.
Missguided has now signed onto Napthens’ HR3 service, which offers clients a fixed-fee Employment and HR advisory service.
As a HR3 client, Missguided will also have access to the HR3 iToolkit, an online resource of practical guides and fact-sheets, handbooks and documents as well as a programme of workshops and in-house training.
Napthens and Missguided will be working closely together to help the business deliver its ‘people strategy’ including ensuring the business values and culture flow are reflected in its policies and procedures.
Oliver McCann, Employment partner at Napthens, said: “Missguided is a fantastic success story which has seen a start-up business with some great ideas implement them and grow rapidly.
“Growth naturally brings additional challenges as the number of employees increases and the HR team expands.
“HR3 is designed to take some of the strain away from a business allowing the people team to focus on delivering its people strategy to ensure the future success of the business.
“We look forward to working with Missguided and supporting them on their journey which we are sure will continue to be a huge success.”
Alyson Fadil, people director for Missguided, said “Our people proposition is extremely important to the growth of the business.
“We wish to attract, retain and develop the very best people, in order to do this, we need to deliver a people service that is best in class. We are looking forward to working with Napthens to accelerate our journey.”
