Liverpool vs Brentford Match Preview

Liverpool swept all aside in their last three matches and started off by winning 1-2 against West Ham. They went on to defeat Tottenham 4-3 and made it three on the spin against Fulham in a 1-0 victory in midweek. Jurgen Klopp’s side have won five of their last six Premier League matches at Anfield, scoring 19 and conceding seven along the way. They still have an outside chance of finishing in the top four this season, but would almost certainly need to win all of their remaining matches to be in with a sniff.

In their last three matches, Brentford drew 1-1 with Aston Villa, beat Chelsea 0-2 and defeated Nottingham Forest 2-1 to claim a very respectable seven points. Brentford claimed two wins against one draw and three defeats in their last six away matches in the Premier League. The scoreline from these matches reads seven goals conceded and seven scored.
