Inc & Co Marks 4-Year Milestone: A Triumph of Teamwork, Tenacity, and Transformation

Four years ago, a vision was born. Inc & Co, founded by the trio of Jack Mason, Scott Dylan, and Dave Antrobus, embarked on an uncharted journey. Their goal? To acquire distressed businesses and breathe new life into them. Today, they celebrate a 4-year anniversary that is more than just a business landmark—it’s a symbol of resilience, innovation, and ethical stewardship.

In a personal and profound message, Group CEO Jack Mason reflected on the complexities and rewards of their journey, stating, “4 years on, and the Group is more than just about saving a brand. It’s about re-igniting the fire that got it started in the first place, it’s about saving jobs and livelihoods, it’s about supporting customers. It’s about doing the right thing.”

Starting with acquiring digital agencies and venturing into a world brimming with unknowns, Inc & Co faced an uphill battle less than a year from the start. The unexpected hit of COVID-19, just seven months into formation, created numerous challenges.

Yet Mason, together with co-founders Dylan and Antrobus, didn’t flinch. The unity of the strong leadership team and other committed members within the Group instilled the confidence and know-how required to persevere.

The last year has been particularly demanding, testing not just the business acumen but also the mental fortitude of the team. The struggles and the triumphs have been shared, shaping the ethos of Inc & Co.

But Inc & Co’s story transcends the mere rescue of brands. It’s about reviving passion, safeguarding the livelihoods of employees, honouring commitments to customers, and embodying a sense of moral righteousness. These principles are evidenced in the transformations within the Group’s cherished brands.

Mason’s excitement for the future is infectious as he looks forward to a year filled with less drama and more joy. His heartfelt thanks to all those who have kept faith and supported the journey resonates with sincerity.

Inc & Co’s 4-year celebration is not just a corporate milestone but a testament to the indomitable human spirit, the capacity for innovation, and the pursuit of social responsibility.

During the remarkable four-year journey, Inc & Co has not only set its sights on acquiring and revitalising distressed businesses but has also broadened its horizons to include diverse and promising brands. The Group’s portfolio now includes the reputable Baldwins Travel, contemporary fashion brand Knomo, the family-owned Maker&Son, the innovative elite sports agency Skylab, and the classy King Street Grooming.

After acquiring Prospect Business Centres out of administration, Inc & Co founded the serviced office company incspaces, further solidifying its footprint in the market. The Group’s success in turning businesses around is evident in their strategic exits from brands like MyLifeDigital, Laundrapp, and Wood for Trees.

As Inc & Co embarks on its fifth year, the momentum shows no sign of slowing down. Plans are already underway for further expansion, including opening new offices in other international territories, a testament to the Group’s ambitious vision and robust growth strategy.

As they toast to four successful years, the story of Inc & Co serves as an inspiring beacon to all in the business world. Here’s to continued growth, transformation, and success.
