AC Valve Alliance and Jungmann Revolutionise Industries with Hygienic Safety Valve Partnership

AC Valve Alliance and Jungmann Armaturen have joined forces to introduce CE and FDA certified hygienic safety valves, ushering in a new era of performance and aesthetics for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries.

These innovative hygienic safety relief valves play a crucial role in preventing overpressure in tanks and pipelines, ensuring product safety and maintaining cleanliness by preventing contamination.

Owen Stephens, Sales Manager of Nacional Safety Valves UK, emphasises the significance of this safety valve partnership for various industries.

“After engaging with our customers, we identified a strong demand for hygienic safety valves to enhance our product range. When we encountered Jungmann Armaturen last year, we immediately recognised them as the perfect partner to meet this demand.”

“These valves are available in DN15 to DN40 inlets, with set pressures ranging from 0.5 to 16 bar, and temperatures spanning from minus 50 to over 300 degrees, making them suitable for nearly any application.”

“By collaborating with a reputable German manufacturer like Jungmann, we can provide our customers with swift, reliable response times, exceptional service quality, and expert advice for all our products,” he added.

These safety valves are meticulously crafted using high-quality materials, such as stainless steel, known for their corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning and sanitisation.

The hygienic safety valves have received approvals from two crucial regulatory agencies: the European Union’s (EU) CE certification and the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA), ensuring their compliance with safety standards.

Featuring a smooth, crevice-free interior, these valves prevent the accumulation of harmful bacteria and are designed to eliminate contamination risks, guaranteeing the safety of the final product.

Mr Stephens, who also represents AC Valve Alliance, highlights how this partnership expands their customer service capabilities.

“As a company, we understand the importance of excellent customer service and have established trust with our valued customers, who rely on our products.”

“By expanding our product offerings, we can better cater to our customers’ needs, showcasing our commitment to reliability in providing the specific products they require.”

He also explains the key factors that make these safety valves appealing to potential customers.

“Our mission has always been to deliver excellent care with every interaction, and this remains unchanged with the introduction of Jungmann safety valves.”

“We pride ourselves on responding promptly to quotes, offering expert advice tailored to individual needs, and delivering competitive lead times, all while providing exceptional aftercare service. This ensures our customers have peace of mind.”

“We are immensely pleased with our new partnership with Jungmann Armaturen, a renowned German manufacturer, and we are excited to offer their high-quality products to our loyal customers!” Mr Stephens concluded.
