Prime Manchester development site up for auction

A 2.1-acre development opportunity close to Old Trafford is being sold at the forthcoming Acuitus auction with a guide price of £1.5m.

The site at 418 Chester Road previously had planning permission for a high-density residential development of around 200 units.

Acuitus Director, Charlie Powter, comments: “This is an exceptional opportunity for developers to buy a development site in a strong location”.

The Acuitus auction will take place on Thursday February 16th at 2pm and will be broadcast via livestream on the Acuitus website with bidding online, by telephone and by proxy.
